Idoine Accessoires creates and markets top-of-the-range accessories, made in Paris in limited quantities in our leather goods workshop from exclusively French leathers from leading luxury brands.
The following provisions constitute a contract establishing the conditions of online sale of leather goods presented on the site idoine-accessoires.com of the company MAYCARO whose head office is located at 3 avenue de la Liberté 92400 Courbevoie, France.
The individual and/or corporate customer acknowledges that, prior to submitting his/her order, he/she has read all the information contained in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale below and accepts them all without reservation.
PRICE
The prices of accessories are indicated in euros, including all French taxes, but excluding shipping costs.
We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, from one edition to the next.
However, products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time your ORDER is validated.
The price is payable in full in a single instalment before any postal shipment.
All prices are quoted in Euros.You can pay in euros from a bank account in the European Union, from an account in another currency or directly from your account. If you pay in another currency, the euro conversion rate will be automatically set by your bank at the time of purchase.
PURCHASE AND PAYMENT
For all orders on the Idoine Accessoires website, an order and shipping confirmation email will be sent to you following your pre-order.
In the event of unavailability of the item selected after validation of your pre-order, we will inform you by email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order from a buyer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order, or who presents any risk whatsoever.
Payment for your purchases must be made by bank transfer, which we will inform you of following your pre-order by e-mail, before sending by post.
ATTENTION: only bank transfers are accepted once the pre-order has been placed.
DELIVERY AND DELIVERY TIMES
Once your pre-order has been paid for, we'll hand-deliver your order in Paris or ship it as quickly as possible, within a few days, to the delivery address you specify during the online purchasing process.
For all available stock, a lead time of 10 to 15 working days in mainland France may vary depending on the order, the personalization of the initials and the size of the strap worn.
If the chosen color requires a special creation, you'll need to allow 3 weeks for its handmade, artisanal confection.
The shipping date will be communicated to you by email as well as the tracking information of your parcel.
We offer free shipping within metropolitan France. For orders from Paris, hand delivery is available.
For orders outside France, you may have to pay customs duties or taxes, depending on the legislation in force in your country.
ATTENTION: We will not refund orders that have been shipped because of customs duties or taxes that you have refused to pay. It is therefore your responsibility to check with the relevant authorities in the country to which you have asked us to ship your order to find out the amount of these import charges, if any. We will not be able to reship an item returned to us for this reason.
Each delivery will be deemed to have been made as soon as the accessory has been made available to you by the postal service.
PRODUCT RECEPTION, EXCHANGES AND/OR REFUNDS
It is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the packaging and the conformity of the accessory delivered, and to note any reservations on the carrier's delivery slip. In this case, and if the return of the accessory is accepted in its conformity, the return costs will be reimbursed (base rate in force).
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, you have a period of seven (7) clear days from receipt of the accessory to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason or pay any penalties.
This right will be exercised by returning the accessory(ies) to Idoine Accessoires before the expiry of the said period, the postmark being taken as proof.
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal within the aforementioned period, only the price of the accessory purchased, without the option of personalizing the initials, as well as any delivery charges will be reimbursed.
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the item ordered is not personalized with your initials and is returned in perfect condition, unused, undamaged or soiled. If your item has been custom-made (initials and strap size), we will not be able to exchange or refund it under any circumstances. In addition, the accessory must not have been used for more than a few minutes, and must not show any signs of prolonged use beyond the time required for a test. It must be in a permanent marketable condition.
The cost of returning products is borne by the purchaser. We therefore recommend that you choose a carrier that can guarantee against damage or loss of the item, and that you choose a delivery method against signature. Idoine Accessoires cannot be held responsible for loss, theft or damage during transport, and will not refund an item returned damaged or used by the buyer.
Refunds are made within two weeks in Euros. Idoine Accessoires is not responsible for exchange rates at the time of refund, whether in your favor or not.
RESPONSIBILITY
The photos available on the Idoine-accessoires.com website are provided for illustrative purposes only. We invite you to refer to the description of each item for precise characteristics (color, dimensions).
Idoine Accessoires may not be held liable in the following cases:
-delay in delivery, for any reason whatsoever
-breakage of available stocks
-cancellation of the ORDER for the reason of unavailability in the paragraph Purchase and Method of Payment.
Consequently, the purchaser may not claim any compensation whatsoever from Idoine Accessoires.
Finally, Idoine Accessoires may not be held liable for any damage inherent in the use of the Internet, in particular in the event of service interruption, external intrusion, the presence of a computer virus or any other external event.
The purchaser is responsible for his personal space allowing the management of the purchases, for the personal data appearing there, for the password, as well as for the use which could be made of his bank card.

As part of the implementation of the new European directive on the security of personal data, rest assured that your data will under no circumstances be sold or shared with third parties. We have also made arrangements with our subcontractors and service providers.
